  My husband and I installed solar from ESP in 2022. Whatever Optimizers ESP installs are garbage. We have had at least 50% failure rate and replacement acrosss multiple warranty claims and service visits. Once they send you the replacement part, good luck getting a service appointment. We’re going on three months waiting for this one to replaced. 6+ months for the batch before that. Be aware of ESP.

  Customer service is terrible. Install was fast and entire system went downvafter 2 minths. Have spent 5 months dealing with customer service with no satisfaction to date. Horrible service. Paying Goodleap their partner for lease of system every month for service im not getting. Paying $280/mo for lease of system that has been down for 5 months on top of regular elec bill. Huge disappointment. Dont contract with this company!!!

  DO NOT GET SOLAR WITH ESP! This is by far the worst company that I have ever dealt with. I have been selling solar for 6 years and I’ve never dealt with this level of incompetence and evasiveness. They refuse to fix the installed system. It’s been over a year. The warranty company will not warranty it because it has never been proven to produce enough and it’s on the installer to prove that. They have been out 3 times at least and cannot fix it because they refuse to spend the money needed to actually fix the issue. ESP refuses to let me speak to anyone who has the authority to correct the iss

  I WILL UPDATE THIS POST IF THING CHANGE. So I wanted to provide my experience with esp. I was able to get a loan and esp was going to install the solar. Unfortunately esp messed up the permits for the solar and new roof and I just got notice my loan was cancelled. I am not happy esp has been really hard to get ahold of and has pushed my project back so far now I don't have the funds to finish the project. That promised me this would not happen but it has be aware of this company as they have not been easy to work with. Update: things have been resolved but it took a few more back n forth than

  It was a very professional company throughout the entire process, and the service was excellent, especially from the agent who helped me. Her name is Daysi Magallanes; she was very attentive and quick in everything that was needed during the process.

  Phum and Damien were great! Very professional and provided great customer service. Damien was here hours earlier than the inspection times to ensure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this company!
