  Mixed results and rather painful process. As the project install week started, there was no clear line of communication and I had difficultly getting answers. The company wasn't avail or communicative with my roofing company before the start of the job creating all sorts of problems at the start of the project. The week of install was chaotic as both the solar company (Treepublic) and roofing company were not able to work together without arguments and causing me much stress. The rep from Treepublic called my roofing company owner names. He also was rude to me. Because there was bad communicat

  I hired Treepublic to install solar panels and a battery backup system. Solar: The solar side went smoothly and works great. No complaints there. Batteries: This part was rocky. The initial installation wasn’t set up for whole-house backup as promised, and communication during that period was frustrating — slow responses, missed follow-ups, and a lot of uncertainty. It took quite a bit of back-and-forth before a technician was sent out. There was a software glitch afterwards that took a few calls to resolve. When the technician finally came, he diagnosed and fixed the problem in about five min

  Working with Tree Public was a great experience. The sales team Sean is very knowledgeable and helpful; the owner Omar and the project managers were all available to answer my questions'. I have worked in the trades a long time and have worked with many companies and the team at Tree Public is top notch. I especially want to thank Dominque from the very 1st. phone call to the day my project was complete she was right there in my corner. What an amazing group of people.   We installed a solar system in our house two years ago. We then moved to a new area unexpectedly and installed a solar system with a Franklin battery. Treepublic installed both systems. All of their representatives were easy to work with and the systems worked flawlessly. We refer friends to Treepublic without hesitation!

  We’re up & running with solar power and delighted with the result! The process was not without its road bumps to be honest, but I’m giving 5 stars here because ultimately the end result is what matters and I feel like Tree Public went and above to resolve our issues which is the sort of company I want to be in business with - someone who listens, responds and pulls out all stops to fix any problems. Our solar is now working extremely well.
