    Disppointment. Initial EnergyAid report costing $299 made unnecessary recommendations presented to me not by a tech but by a sales rep that would cost as much as another $4,281. I quickly found someone else who got the problem fixed for $220. No value using EnergyAid. Re the EnergyAid reply, I wrote that the outrageously high recommendation was presented to me by a sales rep (that's how he identified himself to me when I asked). EnergyAid does not dispute that. It struck me as an upsell effort. Looking around the Internet, I see plenty complaints about EnergyAid. On its own website, it seems t

    It started out with a subscription price of $9 a month. Then, it started out with a $100 down payment. Then, it started out with $350 visit, and then they asked for $1500. For equipment, not a good experience. I canceled it.

    The technician is fine but the company is ridicules. Your labor rates make me loose money having solar. You need to charge a reasonable rate.

    My technician arrived right on time. He was very friendly but professional. He explained everything he was looking at and said he would get his report to SUNRUN as soon as possible. I liked that he was on time, nice, got right to work and let me know his reason for the visit and the process today and what comes next. He spoke to my electrician via phone and they discussed the matter together. I very much like this Company and your Technician. Thank you

    Juno was very well versed in solar system. In and out quickly and provided a detail debrief on the inspection he performed. Very satisfied with Juno Toledo performance.
