Its one and two star share is 1 point below the typical installer in Henderson. Across Nevada, 48 of the 81 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 56 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

What reviewers said

After a little confusion about the start time Anthony was very friendly AND professional. Not a combination you see often these days. He did a great job on the solar panel cleanup and installation of the mesh to ensure we never have a pigeon problem again. Unfortunately the area below the panels was not cleaned up very well. There was a lot of pigeon poop there along the edge of where the tarp was. We had to rake up a lot of poop to make the area safe and clean.

Nevada Solar Care LLC did an absolutely excellent job from start to finish! They thoroughly cleaned my solar panels and effectively removed paint overspray, cleaned the roof, and eliminated a serious pigeon infestation. They also completely cleaned and disinfected the roof from the accumulated pigeon waste. They installed state-of-the-art pigeon prevention barriers, including professional re-flashing and netting around the solar panels, providing excellent protection against future infestations. They also cleaned my backyard and patio, leaving everything looking even better than it did before

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions established, insured and licensed, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

    Elsewhere

    • It is also reviewed on Thumbtack. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
    • It posts on Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
