    I had a very frustrating experience with my Sunrun system. My solar system was completely offline from October 2025 through April 6, 2026, and I continued making payments the entire time—totaling $735—for a system that wasn’t even working. I was the one who discovered the system had been offline for six months; Sunrun never alerted me or noticed it themselves. When I called Sunrun to report the issue, I was told my system was producing at 98%—but they arrived at that figure by averaging output from 2018 through 2026. That is completely unethical and irrelevant to the six months I paid for zero

    I’ve paid off almost $90,000.00 dls for solars I’ve been trying over a month to get in contact with the manager Isabela that’s in charge of my case, I can’t get my panels activated. This is awful and unacceptable. I will be looking on suing this week coming if I don’t get a respond from this person ASAP.

    Me and my wife were at Hone depot and we were Approached by a Sunrun representative. He was explaining about how they have a new program we we pay only 20 a month no installation fee no labor cost no maintenance, under warranty. We do not need to pay Nevada energy just sunrun 20 a month. We asked several times what was the catch and what about Nevada’s energy he said they would take care of Nevada energy. We did not Have to do anything. We asked only 20 a month three time the representative and a lady next to him said yes only 20. So my with an I agreed to Have some come to the house and talk

    We believe in Sunrun. Our system works well. The salesman was evasive at times. The two-year refund was only if their system did not produce what they said it would. Our mistake for not reading closer. The pigeon shield they put on was awesome until pigeons roosted under the panels on the highest part of the roof. You can probably see why by the pictures attached. They can fix it for only $660 to come out and more $$ per panel to fix what they did not finish installing. NV energy also approved and passed the inspection. Didn’t notice it either.

    Very professional company. Always had contact with Jackie LaBarge. She made sure we were happy with process. I was shocked how efficient and quick they installed 48 panels and the entire system. We were never put out. Have the system for 3 yrs now and don't regret anything!

    We had a great experience working with David Bond. He helped us, answered all our questions and guided us through the process of purchasing our Sun Run Solar Panels. He handled getting the documents and approval from our neighbors and HOA. I hear horror stories from others who had difficulty getting those approvals when working with other solar companies. We purchased the maximum number of panels for our home. We can keep our home cool in our hot Las Vegas summers and not worry about outrageous power bills. We couldn’t be happier with our Sun Run Solar Panels and the exceptional support from D

    Jackie from SunRun was very helpful explaining the timeline and giving us all the details regarding payment. We were super happy with the process and the product. We have saved hundreds every month.
