Received permission to operate from utility mid July. A little over 3 weeks in, a surprise update (no notice, no log an update was made) was done Aug 9 in the afternoon (~1330 local). The update broke metering, showing a 1.77 MW spike and since then, the stats are nonsense. We have corrupted data and no idea if the system is functioning right. Furthermore, no one was monitoring the update and never caught the break. I spend far too much time trying to get ahold of someone to do a preliminary check. Tldr: multiple points of failure (QA, error traps, communication) with maintaining the system.

One hundred percent no customer service. One hundred percent do not back their products. I have turned this company into the better business.

WARNING: Warranty Evasion and Terrible Customer Service. Do not trust Enphase Energy or their certified installer, Top Tier Solar Solutions. My solar system has been completely dead for exactly one year (since July 2025), and I have been paying inflated utility bills while these two companies point fingers at each other. First, Top Tier came to my house 4 times and completely failed to diagnose a basic hardware issue. After wasting 8 months, they officially abandoned my warranty claim and refused to do the repair labor, passing the buck to the manufacturer. When Enphase’s own Field Technician

At the beginning I had no problem with the panals, over the years my panals have had problems even though Red Group knew that the panals weren't producing at peak proformance I never heard anything from Enphase never said anything was wrong until the inverter was not sending any information. I still have low performance from the panals.

This is long, but a brief summary: ***FIVE STARS FOR PRODUCTS*** ***FIVE STARS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE*** NOTE: I read through a lot of the negative reviews on here and see that most complaints are related to the installer. Enphase makes quality equipment, but you still need to do your research and choose a good installer. Think of a PV system like a water heater... say Bob's plumbing installs a Rheem water heater and does a bad job, installs it incorrectly, or it just doesn't work well because he installed the wrong size. Are you going to blame Rheem and call them up yelling at them? No, you nee

I have just replaced a faulty microinverter. But first, Enphase reached out by email, notifying about the problem with my system. They followed up almost on a daily basis with status on my replacement. I received my replacement within a week. Thank you Enphase.

Got my systtm 3 years ago, when rebates and rates were an advantage. SoCalEdison has done its best to maximize there income. If you get a system make sure they include an ethernet bidge (had to add one later) WiFi connection is problamatic. Got the best support from Enphase (equipment manufacturer) for issues. Semper Solaris run you through a gauntlet of pre-recorded support before getting to talk to a knowledgeable live being.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions warranty and established, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
