    Bottom line: Unreliable. Unprofessional. Huge waste of time. Nabu installed solar on my property for the previous owner. I reached out and talk to them about getting a quote for installing battery. I talked to the owner Nabu on the phone. He said he would send me quotes for different options for home battery. No response for a week. I followed up thru email and phone a few times over the next month. No response. I sent a request via Yelp to get quotes from various solar/battery providers. It was sent to Nabu as well and responded with a single period. Eventually we talked on the phone and sign

    Please don't be fooled with other five star reviews. My experience with this company was Inaccurate explanation, terrible customer service and very slow execution of project. We had a contract with this company on August 2021, and the project is still incomplete at March 2022 and I don't hear any update to my questions. We requested solar system with 200A panel upgrade if possible. They got approval from the city with 200A system. The solar installation wasn't completed until Nov/2021. They didn't even clean garages for solar installation, and left it for month even if I asked multiple times t

    Just wrapped up my solar installation with Nabu Energy and I honestly couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. From the start, they easily had the best pricing I could find, and what I really appreciated was that there was zero upselling. They looked at our actual energy data to give us an honest initial assessment. Whenever we wanted to tweak the setup—like adjusting the number of panels or adding a battery—they got us a fast quote right away and never tried to push us in one direction or another.     We had solar installed by Nabu Energy in late 2025 to take advantage of the 30% Federal tax credit. After getting quotes from several companies, Nabu Energy was clearly the best. The cost for both the 10.1 kW and 12.4 kW systems with two powerwalls each for two properties made complete sense even before applying the 30% tax credit…something we didn’t find with anyone else.
