Its one and two star share is 17 points above the typical installer in the Green Valley area. Across Arizona, 17 of the 269 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 46 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in the Green Valley area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Erus Energy is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

I was paying 80$ a month electricity here in Rio Rico Az, after these guys installed their panels, I’m paying between 120-180 a month plus almost 200$ a month for the panels , Mike Polley did nothing but lie to me , they also changed their phone numbers after the transaction was done , I can never get them in the phone , I plan on opening up a lawsuit with Enus

I'm frustrated because they installed the panels in September 2023 and as of today, January 1st, 2024, they still haven't connected them. I'm paying two thousand dollars and it's too much. I can't find any doors. Can someone help me? I live in Rio Rico, Arizona. Can I sue them?

Due to the endless robocalls from this fringe outfit I wouldn't touch them with a ten foot extension cord. Update as of 11/90/2023 the endless stream of robo calls from this outfit continues. The 800 # below is bogus.

We met with Colby and he was very informative, professional, respectful and knowledgeable. We have been thinking of getting solar for a while and will call this company back if we do. Thank you Colby!!!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
