    Craig was great at the beginning but since install, he’s hard to reach. He has fully ignored dozens of calls and texts. He installed or organized for One World Energy and the results have been lackluster. With a battery this system might work, as it produces what they say, but beware the buyback from TEP (Tucson) sucks. So while we were suckered into the system with the promise of little or no energy bill, that is not the reality. Craig said he would pay any electric bill we got and sometimes he does but not all the time and furthermore he didn’t get that promise in writing in our contract wit
