    Had an error on the app last week and called for service. They told me they’d send someone out last week. No one showed. No I had a different error this week and I called again and spoke to one person early in the week and she scheduled someone and no one came out again. Called a couple days later after hours and a rude male took my information and told me he’d call me back the next day, no call and no technician. I call on Friday and she tells me not only do they only have one technician but at first she said it’s first come first served but then said they prioritize older systems and mine is

    I've very angry with Solar Pros. We were told implicitily that once the solar panels were installed that they would take over the warranty of our roof, since the installation of the panels would void our 20 year warranty (our home was only a year old). Now 4 years later, we are having some issues with the roof. When we contacted Solar Pros we were told they only warrantied the roof where the panels were installed. So now we have issues that they won't address and our original warranty is voided. Apparrently, any repairs will be out of our pockets. Don't believe Solar Pros sales people they wil

    We chose Solar Pros in late 2024 when we purchased our brand-new home because we trusted the expertise of the owner and his team. This was our first experience with solar, so we relied on the advice of someone who repeatedly emphasized having more than 12 years of experience designing residential solar systems. Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. Our home is over 3,000 square feet with a pool and a family of four living in it full-time. The owner repeatedly compared our home and lifestyle to his own, explaining that his similarly sized home, with similar features, was almost entirely offs

    Alex and his crew (SOLAR PROS AZ)have installed 3 completely off-grid EG4 systems for me. His crew is a team of awesome individuals. He’s not that bad himself. He has reasonable and negotiable pricing. I would recommend Alex and his team to anyone looking for solar energy.

    Our experience with Solor Pro has been excellent from the time we signed our contract with Alex. The installation of the panels has maximized our output to TEP.. The most important thing to us is that Solor Pro monitors our system and can tell exactly what the output is to TEP. If we have questions, we can call the office and yet meaningful answers. We have had our system now for three years and have always had a positive output of kilowatt hours thus reducing our electric bill.
