Its one and two star share is 2 points above the typical installer in Tucson. Across Arizona, 142 of the 269 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 81 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

I believe these people either have to much business or are going out of business. Called twice to get a quote on solar battery backup. No calls back or messages. Unacceptable.

Disgusting. Taking handicap parking; no placard, no handicap license plate. Absolutely gross. I guess at almost 10pm on a beer run, handicap people don’t matter? The parking lot was mostly empty. This is just gross that this company disregards people with handicaps so they can get get a front row parking spot. And they couldn’t even manage to park within the lines. This company needs to do better. How egregious to blatantly parking in a handicap spot without placards or an appropriate license plate WITH THE COMPANY NAME ON THE SIDE OF THE VEHICLE!!! So I just bought a new build and shopping so

Great experience with Sunbright Solar! The team was professional, communicative, and made the entire process simple and stress-free. The installation was smooth, and everything was completed on time. Highly recommend them to anyone considering solar in Tucson.

Have had solar installed by Sunbright for 9 years now. It paid for itself after around 5 years and now I only have TEP bills of the service charge of $27mo. All panels still at 100% and my roofers told me the installation job was excellent!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
