Net Zero Solar

Each mark is one company we hold in Tucson whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Net Zero Solar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Very aggressive sales tactics by phone and in person. They keep calling numbers that are on the Do not Call list. This needs to be criminally referred to the FTC. The guy on the other line became combative after I said Please take us off the call list and he kept arguing and would not listen to us telling him, we are not interested. FTC needs to bring high fines to this business and possible criminal charges for their predatory tactics

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this company was so disappointing that I feel compelled to warn others. From the very beginning, the staff were incredibly dismissive and outright rude. Instead of taking the time to thoughtfully answer my questions or provide guidance, I was brushed off with careless responses and zero effort to help me understand how to access solar tax credits and other incentives. It was clear that customer service and professionalism are not priorities here. For contrast, I reached out to Technicians for Sustainability, and the difference was night and day. Th

We are very satisfied with Net Zero and their work they did for us. Working with Chad helped us to achieve our goals for our home. We will both recommend this company and hope that anyone seeking a reliable company with integrity will put Net Zero at the top of their list

We were referred to Net Zero Solar by a neighbor, and we are definitely glad we listened to them. We were very impressed with NZS's timeliness, excellent communication as to when/what was happening, and their process of answering questions before we needed to ask them. Contracts were clear, and once the actual work began, they lived up to all expectations, including fully cleaning up after themselves. If you're wanting to go solar, you want to have confidence by working with a company who's got things down. NZS is such a company.

These guys are professional from top to bottom. They masterfully handled all aspects of our job, which was far from a standard set of roof panels. They were able to think creatively and come up with a solution to our non-standard situation on an old dude ranch/artists’ cooperative. They understood our goals and designed a system to meet them. Plans, materials, knowledge, skills, paperwork, permits, installation, communication, customer service, staying until the last detail was right, and billing all scored high above what we expected. Every team member who came onto our place was friendly, he

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

• Warranty

“owners or new owners who complete a warranty transfer, Net Zero Solar covers labor…”

• Established

“has been working in renewable energy since 2002 and says he can think of nothing else…”

• Years in business

“commuting on his bike to work for over 12 years and has logged over 50,000 miles. AMY…”

• It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on Instagram, YouTube, X and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
