Each mark is one company we hold in Tucson whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Icon Power is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

  lousy customer service. My gateway has been non functional since Sept. 27. Service tech was out on Oct. 5 stated I needed to replace gateway. Never got any follow up. Called in November was told they were working on it. Called in December said they were working on getting replacement equipment. Called at end of December to get update. They said they had not information and scheduled at tech visit for Jan 5, 2025. Tech was at house for less than 15 minutes. Did send text that he had reviewed issue and to call if I wanted more information. I called on Jan. 5 left message to have him call me. No

  Icon installed my solar panels and we have had nothing but trouble with them After multiple phone calls and emails all Icon said was my Solar panels were working but didn’t offer any explanation why my electric bills were still high. horrible customer service.I do not recommend this company for your Solar!

  ICON Power installed a 51 panel solar system at my residence. The installers did a great job and I'm satisfied with the mechanical and electrical work they accomplished. However, I had several questions during the project, and never got any help or answers out of their customer service. At the beginning of the project, I was assigned a customer service representative and his signature block on emails said he was a "customer service concierge". If I asked a question by email or text he would either say I'll get right back to you, or not answer at all. Never got back to me on most correspondence

  I need to give Icon Solar a great review. Icon were not my solar installation company, my installer/maintainer subcontracted a work order to Icon June 2026. Icon showed up within a week with two technicians who were absolutely incredibly awesome! They weren't even informed of the precise work that needed to be addressed (by my maintainer) but they still took the time to go up on my rooftop to diagnose and repair the issues! I called Icon customer service within several days after this and Icon customer service were top notch and efficient in getting back to me within 24 hours to give me my rep

  Icon Power installed a storage battery system to support our solar installation. It turned out to be more complicated than anticipated, requiring major modifications to our existing electric service. Icon management was great to work with and their technicians were competent and professional. I would highly recommend Icon Power.

  Jerry and Matt did a great job on install following my preferences for wire/conduit runs, very clean install and completed big job in about 6 hours. They ran system test, confirmed operation did terrific job cleaning up afterwards. They both did my original solar panel system install two years ago with same conscientious work ethic. Zach Sweety was excellent project manager who helped in decision making and all the options for system design. Highly recommend Icon Power 👍👍
