Its one and two star share is 36 points above the typical installer in Alabama. Across Alabama, 2 of the 17 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 22 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in Alabama whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. First Solar, Inc. is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

0 star!!! Avoid this place at any cost. They are very very very slow!!! Took full day for delivery here and missed my pickup because of this. Even they got few trucks to work on!!

Absolutely terrible experience delivering to First Solar, Inc. Drivers are left waiting for hours with no urgency, no communication, and no respect for their time. It seems like appointments mean nothing here. Every unnecessary hour a truck sits at your facility costs carriers money, yet nobody seems to care. Facilities like this create delays throughout the entire supply chain while expecting drivers to simply accept it. If you value drivers' time, improve your scheduling and loading/unloading process. Until then, this is one of the worst places to deliver. I sincerely hope I never have to co

It's not the right address 2000 Cooperate Way Trinity AL 35673

Overnight parking IS allowed.... , the people are friendly and helpful, the only thing I found frustrating is there is no set direction to get there...... Not on Garmin dez GPS.... Google maps directions put on a restricted road.... Put this address on your Truck GPS ... "2000 Cooperage way, Trinity AL, 35673" when you turn left off of 72 onto Cooperage way..... Go straight, **DO NOT TURN RIGHT INTO 1st "FIRST SOLAR" ENTRANCE..... KEEP GOING UNTIL YOU SEE THE LAST CIMPLEX OF "FIRST SOLAR" , turn right, you'll see a dirt Lot to theft when you turn into the property. ( **** That lot is where you

Not sure about everyone else’s reviews, my experience was great at this business. I arrived and checked in, was on a dock to unload in 5 minutes, in 30 or so minutes I was unloaded and leaving. The lady who checked me in was very polite and nice. I would gladly come back here again.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
