Its one and two star share is 14 points below the typical installer in Alabama. Across Alabama, 11 of the 17 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 21 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in Alabama whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. The Integrity Energy Group is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

While driving eastbound on the Mobile Causeway in bumper-to-bumper traffic, I had a very disappointing experience with someone driving a gray Toyota Tundra displaying this company’s name and logo. The driver flipped me off during traffic and then aggressively sped around me, only to end up sitting in the exact same traffic for the next several miles. If you’re going to drive a company vehicle plastered with your business name, maybe don’t act like an immature hothead on the road. Whether this was an employee or owner, it was a terrible look for the company and showed a complete lack of profess

Mike Tabb with Integrity Energy just finished our solar energy job Our old out of date system was a definite mess and Mike carefully and skilfully revamped our system into a state of the art home solar system I can’t say enough about Mike’s work Anyone seeking a solar solution would do well to contact Integrity Energy Thank you Mike for a job well done !

Mike is the best at what he does, handled everything from start to finish including all permits. Alabama power was a slight pain to deal with but he handled it. Very happy with my system so far, the app shows me what I'm using and how much power I make. Projected to have a great return on investment. End of the day that's why I got the system, to save money in the long run. Should be saving 3-4x what I put in over the life of the system.

Got battery for our solar power through Integrity; what difference! Significantly reduced out power bill and moving into retirement with a fixed income this means the world to us! Great customer service; always picking up the phone and getting back to us quickly. Very much would recommend.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Mobile is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
