Its one and two star share is 3 points above the typical installer in Florida. Across Florida, 270 of the 675 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 63 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

These folks are out of business. After several emails and calls no one responded.

Steworks Solar was absolutely amazing to work with. They were incredibly helpful throughout the entire RMA and warranty process with SolarEdge. As a certified service provider for SolarEdge, their knowledge and professionalism really stood out. They stayed on top of communication, handled everything quickly, and made what could have been a stressful warranty situation extremely smooth and easy. It’s hard to find a company that genuinely cares about helping customers the way they do.

Solar Near Me has been a God send from Start to finish! My rep TJ took the time to review my solar contract I signed with another company and was able to point out several things that I did not agree to saving me from a lot of frustration in the future. They were also cheaper than the previous company and took care of any fees I would have because I was past the other companies cancellation period! These guys are the real deal and they care about their customers, so I'll be recommending them to anyone I know that's looking into solar.

Having to replace an old gas pool heater, we chose Florida Solar to install an OmniSwim solar heat pump hybrid. Kevin & Mike did an excellent job installing the unit and explaining the operation of the heater. Kevin also reconfigured our variable speed pool pump, working late into the evening making sure everything was working properly. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Great company.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Licensed

“refer their stranded customers to us. Licensed solar and electrical contractors…”

Its website also mentions warranty, free estimate and established, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
