    Canceled the installation like 6 months ago don't have a single panel on my house and now I have payment $227 coming out of my account for work that was never done

    I am happy to see that everyone else rated Freedom a 5. I wish I could do the same. I was extremely with Jason B for sale and those that installed our system were great. This is where things went sideways. The design group showed me their installation plan. I informed them the panels on the east side were behind trees and would not recieve any sun. They sent me a google map telling me they would. I made the mistake to listen to them. We do not start to produce any power until around noon when the sun is on the west panels. So it appears we have half a system working. I have reached out to cust

    Jacob was in the Kankakee IL and stopped by to talk about solar. first thing was he wanted to cut down my trees, wanted to argue about the pros and cons about solar, couldn't give me any straight answer to my question wanted me to sign paperwork and than stormed off! NOT a company I want to do business with if they can't answer simplequestions!!

    I always turned away Solar sales people, but took a chance on Mike Marx because of his apparent knowledge of the current state changes affecting our rates as well as his product. I've rarely been as pleased with a decision as this one. He stayed with us through the entire process of approvals, installation and activation. Mike went above and beyond what I would expect to make us comfortable through the process. We felt valued not only as a customer, but as potential friends. Grateful

    After a few years of research and looking into the quality associated with different Solar companies, we made the leap into purchasing an 18 panel system for our home in Anacortes. Jason B. was absolutely professional and great to work with from the first visit and through the design & permit phases. The installing team was Team Flying Fish (Keelin, Gabe & Cam) and they were a 5-Star crew. Not only were they very thorough, but they practiced & implemented safety and I observed great communication throughout the installation.     Mike Marx has gone so far above and beyond making our experience of our chasing solar as easy as possible. He was with us every step of the way troubleshooting if we ran into any hiccups so the whole process went smoothly. Totally incredible human being and couldn't recommend someone enough.
