Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in Bellingham. Across Washington, 61 of the 99 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 4 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in Bellingham whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Pacific Solar Pros is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

I never ended up getting solar installed on my home, but working with pacific solar pros (especially Cyrus!) was an absolute joy and I’d 100% recommend them to anyone interested in solar!

their Flying Fish team did an outstanding job! Fast professional and helped with some extras that were above and beyond.

Pacific Solar Pros/Freedom Forever installed our solar panels this summer and we couldn’t be more pleased. From beginning to end each member of this team we interacted with were genuine and professional. The installation timeframe was quick and efficient. I highly recommend working with this team.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Bellingham is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
