Its one and two star share is 22 points above the typical installer in the Ocoee area. Across Florida, 88 of the 675 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 482 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Every company we hold in the Ocoee area, on one axis

0% rated 1–2★25%

Each mark is one company we hold in the Ocoee area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Freedom Forever is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

My solar panels were installed mid April. The installers did a professional job. The county electrical inspection was completed in May 21. It took until July 30 fpr Freedom Forever to submit "PTO" paperwork to Seco. Seco sent it back because it was incomplete. I have called FF many times and their system answers and then hangs up immediately. Repeated emails to customer service go unanswered. At this point the PTO (Permission to operate) date just keeps being pushed out. We are wasting money here.

My solar pannels stopped working and I found out the company filled for bankrupcy. Now I got no assistance to get my solar pannels fixed. Their number just take us to an automatic voice message and never send us to talk to a real person.

My solar project is having some issues with permitting and inspection, but the company has been able to put focus on helping get the project back on track.

Yohan took excellent care of one of my solar installations today. Best of all he communicated clearly about arrival to and departure from the property which my tenants very much appreciated!

From point of sales to turning on the system to producing my own energy, has been very smooth and quick. Yu Diaz has been present with me through the whole process. I can't say how satisfied I'm with Freedom Solar.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“– on TOP of your system’s standard warranty! If your system produces less power…”

Its website also mentions licence number, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
