    Anthony, the owner of this company came to our house and he kept ensuring us that he was not a salesman which basically was him telling us from the start if anything happens don’t blame me. Since he installed our panels, we have had One problem after another, he sent out a specialist who told us that it was actually put on the wrong roof, but he would not want to disassemble it because it would be too much With all the holes already drilled in the roof. Our system was always functioning subpar, and when it finally does function, it does not provide us the energy we need. Anthony continually ma

    We had Emerald Sun install solar panels on our home. They haven’t been working for 3 months now. Our electric bill is over $400 a month, plus we have to continue paying for the panels that don’t work. They keep sending a third party contractor that can’t find the issue. Our concerns and complaints fall on deaf ears. No one returns our calls. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!

    I am beyond furious. I am a new home owner, and solar came with my house which is why i chose this home. I have been trying to get in contact with this company for a month now since closing so I could transfer ownership. Texting and calling, and Actually, seeing that my texts were being left on read And still not being answered till yesterday when i finally got a response. Then I find out that it’s literally just a link that took 30 seconds to complete. On top of this, I was never told about the 199 dollar transfer Until yesterday either. But the part that Infuriates me more than anything, Is

    The customer service is outstanding. I had a minor problem 1 year after installation and they (Brian and Seth) jumped right on it. It's nice to know that they back up their product and fully honor their warranty.
