Its one and two star share is 1 point above the typical installer in Orlando. Across Florida, 295 of the 675 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 266 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in Orlando whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Switch Solar LLC is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

I am looking forward to saving money on my power bill. My solar panels look great. The real story... I was forced to write a review in order to have money that was supposed to be "owed to me" released. Only I never received any money because Tim told me to have it sent to him to make sure Nick gives me the right amount. I never got any of it. These two guys do not deserve anyone's business. I was told to get a loan higher than my original quote. In the purchase agreement it states I will receive an itemized invoice. I was told by Tim it is "out of the norm to receive an invoice". Neither of th

The worst solar company in the entire country. Those guys lie, do not take responsability of what they do wrong. Do not recomended.

I’ve called Switch Solar LLC multiple times regarding a warranty repair. Every time, they answered politely and told me someone would contact me soon, but no one ever did. I waited weeks with zero follow up. In the end, I had to hire another company to fix the issue and pay out of pocket for something that should have been covered under warranty. Very disappointing service and lack of accountability.

Excellent service! They respected all deadlines, and everything agreed upon was fulfilled. In short: service, professionalism, and excellence! Many thanks to the Switch Solar team, especially to our friend William Valero, for his continuous support and professionalism. Thanks again!

Very pleased with our solar installation featuring Silfab panels and Enphase microinverters. The panels have excellent efficiency ratings and are cranking out power consistently. Enphase setup allows individual panel monitoring, which gives peace of mind. Franklin battery we added stores plenty for nighttime and outages—works like a charm. The team was courteous, answered all questions, and did a clean, thorough job.

Decided to make the switch to solar last summer , and i chose this team based on their recommendations. They provided us with Q cells, which are doing wonderfully in our hot Australian weather without any significant degradation issues so far . Decided on the SolarEdge invereter as we require maximum power output and love monitoring the data. Also added the Franklin battery, which has been an absolute lifesaver , especially in the evenings . Getting installed quickly without any issues.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Financing

“to finance it through one of our many financing options available today! Switch Solar is here…”

  • Years in business

“Engineers, Economists, gained from over 20 years in the home and commercial buildings…”

Its website also mentions insured, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It posts on YouTube, Instagram, X and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
