    Phil was helpful during the initial process, but the follow-through has been very disappointing. The experience has been extremely frustrating. A thermostat that was part of our agreement has not been installed, yet we were told it was already completed. As the homeowner, I can confirm this is inaccurate. After several weeks, there is still no resolution or clear timeline. This lack of communication and accountability is concerning and should be addressed.

    Run, Run, Run and don't stop!! They lied about 100% everything. We trusted them, and now they don't care. Shame on you, Miguel! and Phil, and the rest of you.

    Beware of this company. it was apart of sunnova solar which did not turn out to be the best. poor quality of solar and sold my power to another company. now they are stating that we have a debt and has been harassing me ever since when the bill has been paid.. not not trust this company or Sunstrong Solar

    There were misunderstandings between myself and what I understood them to say. We are currently working together to resolve the issues. The system is working well and should work out to be cheaper overall.
