    I asked the representative through HomeX in Pennsylvania who was texting me for Spectrum Solar Power to cease communication several times. I said, "Stop", "Please do not contact me" and let him know that I tried to call the phone number on the website. The phone number on the website did not work. This experience instilled confidence that I made the correct decision in NOT working with the company.

    Their door-to-door sales reps do not respect no soliciting signs. I asked the gentleman if he could read, and he said yes, and I asked him if he read the sign and understood what I meant by that, and he did. You need to train your reps to respect people's privacy.

    This would be a higher rating but some things have happened since install. The install process was great. However, they left 4 panels off the fpl application and when I attempted to add them fpl stated they needed the insurance documentation. Spectrum provides the insurance but has never sent me documentation. I have requested it with no response. The sales guy said since my husband is a veteran the first payment was covered and would be sent by Zelle, first payment is due and no payment has been sent and sales guy ghosted on May 11 after saying he was sending it over. Now, fpl is saying they

    Logan has been through me thick and thin. His prior company wasn't being to fair, so now he is with HomeX. He is adding more panels and giving me a manageable bill for the next 10 years.
