    Driver was aggressive and tried to run me off the road. If this is the type of people this company hires. Don't use them.

    Fun in the Sun was recommended to us for pool equipment repairs. When we called to schedule a service call we were asked for name of the pump motor - brand name was given to office manager - appointment was scheduled -when tech arrived he informed us that they do not work on this motor brand - he did not physically check out the pump with any tool - he went to his truck - talked to his manager for 20 minutes then said we needed a new pump /motor for around $2,500 then left - we we re still charged the $159.95 service call fee - if in fact they do not work on this brand of motor we should have

    Had 10 panels installed 11/2018, fast forward to last month - having a new roof installed and needed the panels removed. Roof company was charging 1k to remove/reinstall but I wanted to make sure it was done correctly. Fun in the Sun wants $120 per panel to remove and $120 per panel to reinstall, plus any parts that may need to be replaced. Scheduled the removal, they arrived had them off in an hour and a half, then I get the report. 'We need to replace all the connectors, straps and plumbing it will be an additional $1,750.' Heck no! So either you put junk on my roof that only lasts 6 1/2 yea

    They went to install the heater and pool control and let me know 20 m before that they were coming, so no one was at home, the control was installed but not set up to operate the pool, I am waiting for someone to come and show how the system works and so far the pool system is not working. Not good

    Ron my salesman was phenomenal. Install reps were beyond amazing. Customer service was really great too. Being that I’m in sales and I usually am a tough but fair critic but I can’t speak any higher on this companies go to market service. Thus far as a new customer I’m extremely satisfied and pleased!

    Fun and Sun recently installed solar for my pool. They were very professional and easy to work with and completed the project in a timely fashion. Highly recommend

    From first contact to finalizing installation their customer service has been excellent. Prompt, professional, knowledgeable and informative. An all-around good experience.
