HOME IMPROVEMENT SOLAR

Each mark is one company we hold in Orlando whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. HOME IMPROVEMENT SOLAR is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

  Update 11/20/2024: We’re trying to sell our home but are stuck with the 45k owed on these solar panels that DO NOT WORK. No one has answered me or tried to help with my issue. UPDATE: Fraudulent company. READ YOUR CONTRACT. What they tell you regarding your electricity bills and payments is a lie. Your loan will end up being thousands more! Their partnership with GoodLeap makes sense… look up GoodLeap lawsuit in FL. Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Once they get those panels on the roof it’s over for you. My panels are currently leaking water throughout my brand new house. It’s actually the third time it’s happened. It’s an act of congress to get someone on the phone. At first panel wasn’t working properly so I was receiving Solar bill and light bill. Then they fixed them so I started just having to pay solar bill, but the the last two months I’ve had a $150 light bill and solar. No one can explain. The two gentlemen who sold the panel to me no longer work for the company. So n

  They told me three weeks ago that they were going to help me with my problem, which isn't my fault, and they say they help, but it's not true. I'm tired of waiting. Now we'll see what happens when the lawyers call them. Thanks for nothing. I'm very annoyed and disappointed with people who pretend to help, but I've been in this process for almost a year. My solar panels have been installed since June, and the account for them hasn't been connected to the utility company because they don't help me, and NO ONE is going to pay an electricity bill and the solar panels separately. I'm still waiting;

  I had a really great experience with Home Improvement Solar. What impressed me the most is that they actually answer the phone when you call. These days, it's hard to find a company with real customer service, but every time I had a question, someone was there to help me. The whole process was smooth, and the team was friendly, honest, and easy to work with. They explained everything clearly without making me feel pressured. The installation went well, and they followed through on everything they promised. It's refreshing to work with a company that still cares about its customers after the sa

  I was able to work hand in hand with this company, they have direction and are very transparent to work together to help the homeowner.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

• Warranty

  “us for more details on specific warranty terms. Do you offer free…”

• 24/7 availability

  “and equipment.” 4. Customer Support: “24/7 dedicated support team.” Book Your…”

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau and Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
• It posts on Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
