  Heinmiller has provided outstanding service until today. I call for ac service this morning and the young lady said she'd have to call me back this afternoon. I ask why can't you just give me an appt while I am on the phone, she said she had 20 people on her list a head of me. This makes no sense. As long as I have been with them I have never experireced such a rediculous customer service failure. The young lady was pompous, curt and just disconnect our call.. One bad employee without business common sense can ruin the reputation and relationship of an established company. If she is incapable

  This company needs to train their employees better. They say one thing but do the opposite. No one there ever takes accountability and the customer (like me) pays for their mistake or gets over charged. Definitely will not be referring this company. **Your company is the only solar company that has installed the solar service. It takes at least 1 experience to learn. Hope this review will help your company ensure the employees get better training.

  I had these guys come and install a battery for my solar system. Did a good job of that. I had them install a generator port so I could hook up my Generator to recharge the battery if the solar was not doing it. Worked until they left . Now no joy. Two or three emails and several phone calls. No help. so far but it has only been a month.

  The team executing my installation was very professional. They explained the entire process and worked closely with me on options. When technical issues came up that prevented the work from being completed in one day, they were back on the job the next day and resolved everything. My system is now up and running and generating well over the homes needs with a signification amount of power being returned to the grid! The monitoring system allow me to see in real time how much power is being generated and its distribution. Everyone should go solar!!!
