    The sales rep told us that a deposit was needed to hold the quoted cost of the system and that the check would not be processed until we had an install date. We were also told that we could cancel at any time, even up to the day before the install date, without any problems because the check would not be deposited with Solaria until we had an installation date. We have since had a couple of unexpected major expenses that have us now cancelling the project. (Which we did using the form provided in the contract.). When asking for the return of our deposit, Solaria referred us to the contract. No

    The salesman was arrogant and overbearing; after hearing a "I'm not interested," he started acting insolently and arrogantly, telling me that I smelled of alcohol in my own home. His name was Timothy, if that wasn't a fake name. Next time, the police will be called because even with a sign stating that we don't accept solicitations, he still acted sarcastically and was very offensive. (Also have the full video)

    Between the minuscule amount saved on my energy bill and the new payments I am now making to purchase the panels, I am literally breaking even. I would give 3 stars for that, but the team that put my panels up also did a hack job and my roof leaked the first time it rained. I really wish I had just not answered the door at this point...

    PES was great when installing my solar panels. However, when I had to get the roof replaced, I called and asked if they would take them down and reinstall them. I would pay for them to do that. They didn’t return my calls. My roofing company tried getting information from them but wasn’t successful.

    The 4 young gentlemen who installed out solar panels were excellent. Polite and professional, they worked 2 full days in this ungodly heat to install 60 panels which will service our 4,000 sq. ft. house.
