Its one and two star share is 2 points above the typical installer in Apache Junction. Across Arizona, 70 of the 269 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 15 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in Apache Junction whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Galaxy Solar Co LLC is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

We were promised a system that would produce the energy necessary to eliminate our APS bill and leave us with a consistent payment that was lower than our average electric bill. What we’re left with is an average electric bill and solar payment that’s about 30-40% higher than what we were paying. Don’t trust this company or what they promise you.

Cary is the best ever!!!! He has been on top of this entire project. If you don't understand something, he has the answers. I recommend Cary for your solar power project. Jim V.

We had a great experience working with the team there, they were very responsive and gave us a great deal. Really excited to be a Galaxy Solar customer!

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Apache Junction is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
