  I had my solar system installed by Geoscape, actually they subcontracted it out without my permission. That was 5 years ago, they are supposed to be monitoring my system. I haven't had a monthly production logged by a 3rd party in CT named Solar Data Systems in over 8 months. I've been trying to get in contact with Jody who is supposed to be overseeing my system. I've used all the contact information from emails and the internet I can find. No one has contacted me from the company. I'm guessing this company went out of business and now I am stuck without monitoring which I paid for in advance

  Installed about 8 years ago and have not received an SREC check in years. The remote monitoring device failed yet again. Myriad of issues and challenges. i would highly suggest you consider alternatives or stick with commercial power. Not worth it.

  my system was purchased in July of 2017 - besides an installation issue (sheet rock screws to attach the panel brackets to the roof) my electric panel filled with rain water because a pvc coupling was not glued properly - currently I need a panel replaced - was told the equipment is available April 4th - no calls to service have been returned - emails go unanswered - why would I ever recommend Geoscape to anyone. Still waiting to get my system working properly. You have my info - how about contacting me??

  The Installation was great, the cost savings was amazing. SRECS came in somewhat sporadically, but we have about broken even and then some. The BIG issue is customer service. I have had issues before with not getting return calls or emails, a manager stepped in and apologized and I was getting return calls better after that, but the last 2 weeks has been horrific. I have so many other things to do beside making multiple phone calls and emails. I hit all of the extensions and NOBODY picks up. I am fed up.

  While our fabulous system is only days old, I can see it’s going to pay for itself quickly! Each and every team member was great to work with. From sales to installation, to electricians and of course office support staff kept us up to date as we progressed. There were NO surprises. An electrician friend stopped by to check out the system and was really impressed with how neat and tight the meter and systems installation was. Coming from him that was a huge compliment Don’t hesitate. You won’t be sorry.

  We used Geoscape to install solar on our NJ home. Elvin Frost was our primary contact, and was knowledgeable, fast on the response, and very helpful in sorting out our options. Geoscape also handled the permitting process entirely (which BTW remains an unnecessarily complicated process, no thank you to state regulators and PSE&G...). One year later, our system is performing just as Geoscape forecasted! Very happy customer.

  I love my solar! Geoscape made everything so easy! I don’t have an electric bill anymore. I couldn’t be happier!
