    We stopped by Glenn’s Electric looking for a replacement part and some advice, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. Instead of being treated with basic courtesy and respect, we felt talked down to, dismissed, and even mocked. The staff came across as though they were the only ones who could possibly know anything about the subject, rather than taking the time to help a customer understand what they needed. We left feeling embarrassed and made to feel stupid for asking questions. Rather than helping us find a simple, affordable replacement part, the conversation quickly

    Took in a DeWalt charger for a recall and i never got it back. I called dozens of times and they kept saying DeWalt was the hold up and they would call when it was ready. Not impressed with their ability to follow through.

    I have a 12v hydraulic pump that stopped working, called them to see if they work on them, and they said they did so I took it down. They said it would take about a week to get to it. Called a week and a half later and they said they have been busy and had not had a chance to look at it yet. Told them it was for a small business and I was loosing money every day they had it, they said they would expedite it for me. Caden finally called a week later and said he saw it sitting in the corner and figured that he would call because they don’t work on 12v systems. I had talked to 3 people previous t

    Superb service. I called first thing Monday morning, and they were at my house, 40 miles away, in less than two hours. I thought the pressure tank for my well system had failed, but it turned out to be something with the well pump and they were fully equipped to fix it on the spot.

    Called these guys on short notice response time was under an hour on site pulling a well pump out. Great guys, great customer service.

    Sold me a furnace motor helped me with the wiring. Awesome service great price. They had it in stock.
