  Called in and spoke with Nick Caggiano to schedule an appointment. Scheduled for today at 1pm with Gino Gesso. Got a confirmation email from both of them. Waited until 2:10 and no one ever showed up. No call or email either. I guess they are making too much money that they don't need to quote any more jobs.

  edited- they did send someone to clean the panel after i filed a complaint with BBB and told them I would be writing negative reviews. Should not have come to that. I previously wrote a glowing 5 star review when my system was installed. I am writing a new review to reflect the service provided this year I paid over $15,000 to have the solar panels removed and subsequently replaced so my roof could be replaced. This included $3,000 for the critter guard even though the prior critter garden looked pretty usable to me as noted in the picture They reinstalled the panels and left one completely ca

  We have an older rooftop solar system (20 years). After recent electrical storms with power interruptions, we noted a substantial decrease in system output. Our previous solar company is no longer in business. We were aware of Green Power Energy from a large installation they had recently completed at our local Unitarian Fellowship. We put in a service request, and their technician Kyle was able to come out for a diagnostic visit the next day. He is extremely experienced and was able to identify the problem and fix it on the spot. He also spent time with us to discuss and share a lot of useful
