My bills never went down. I still pay higher monthly PSEG bills and when I called they told me i needed more panels $$. I also found they put two holes in my ceiling from installing the panels. I didn’t realize at first I thought something was on my ceiling but after my husband went up and checked it was a hole in two spots from the guys installing the panels.

Sales and Installation was great. Service after the sale……..not so good.

My roof was leaking because of the solar install. I contacted the sales rep, Paul, and the office, Victoria. Neither followed up as promised. I continued calling and was block listed, they do not answer my call. I sent an email to …

Update: After 9 months of me calling and following up, my roof was fixed and the usage meter was installed so they did eventually put things right. They said they were busy with people trying to get solar before the federal rebates expired but the lack of communication was frustrating. Diana was wonderful as our salesperson and initially things went well. Unfortunately they installed our new roof and the shingles were damaged. And once the solar system was installed, the app to monitor was missing the power usage feature. Multiple emails to Victoria have been unanswered and repeated phone call

Highly Recommend GreenLeaf Solar! I recently had solar panels installed at my home in Long Island New York by GreenLeaf Solar, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very first meeting, their representative Justin Roche was outstanding. Justin was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to walk me through all the options, answered every question I had (and I had a lot!), and designed a system that perfectly fit my roof and energy needs. He made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. The installation team was just as impress

My neighbor recommended Justin Roche at GreenLeaf Solar and he came through on his word and then some! The process from start to finish was a breeze! He is not your typical salesman looking for a commission.. just a genuine person and went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend GreenLeaf! Ask for Justin

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Established

“NYC have trusted us with their roofs since 2012. We know PSEG’s process cold,…”

Its website also mentions warranty and free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It posts on Instagram, X and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
