    disappointed with customer service. very hard to contact customer service dep. never return call or email. next appointment would be a couple of weeks out.

    Having a service issue called multiple times on Friday to the service department I was advised via an automated system to leave a message and someone will call you back?? I called back later the same day to my salesman Sean no answer or call back? I did call extension 1 they are the only dept to pick up they transferred me to Alyssa in service who I explained my situation and she assured me she would call Enphase to inquire why multiple panels were not producing and showing "error" Well, she never called me back. I called the company Enphase myself the same day they said you need a sight visit

    BLUF: The solar division is good, the roofing division is a gigantic hassle. We had solar and a new roof installed about 2 months ago. The solar installation went well. A couple of miscommunications between the original plan and the day-of plan, but they were resolved day of and I feel like they were handled professionally and the end result is good. The roofing division is a mess. They swapped some of the materials that were specified in the contract with cheaper materials without any discussion. I noticed because I poked through the dumpster. I accepted their explanation and got a minor cred

    We enjoyed our experience with SuNation. The initial meeting went smoothly. Our representative was prepared for all of our questions. He came equipped with materials to show us areas of our house where solar panels would be most effective. On Installation day, the team of 6 arrived ready to work. The team worked quickly and efficiently to install the 25 panels needed to get our home up and ready to run with solar energy. We had a lengthy demonstration to make sure all of our questions were answered. We're happy we chose SuNation to complete our installation.

    We had a 15-year-old solar system removed from the roof. SUNation removed our old roof and installed a completely new roof. They then installed a new solar system. This certainly is an expensive project, but replacing the roof would be expensive one way or another. The SUNation installers were polite, arrived on time, cleaned up all the inevitable mess that was made, and did what appeared to be an excellent job. Time will certainly tell regarding the roof and the solar system. I can say that the app shows we are already producing more power than we ever did before. So far, so good.

    The best and most reliable solar company in Long Island for sure. The best prices and deals they have. I got few estimates from other companies and they were charging me 20K and more for trying to install 9 less panels and not installing a new roof which Sunation did. Alexa Papa sale representative, Scott the roof supervisor and Victor Higgins the solar installer were the most knowledgeable and professional people out there 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 The whole staff that worked on the roof and solar panels were very professional and extremely helpful with giving me all the instructions and explanations
