Its one and two star share is 3 points below the typical installer in the San Marcos area. Across Texas, 399 of the 728 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 9 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Each mark is one company we hold in the San Marcos area whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Greentech Renewables San Antonio is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Out of all of the CED Greentech locations, this one is the most. It has a massive warehouse with walls and a roof, an amount of inventory that's more than none, and a staff that's human, unlike those other places that are just AI or cake. They even knew who the Mayor of Flavortown, Guy Fieri, was when they saw his picture. These guys are THE guys to go to when you need to go to a CED Greentech location in northeast San Antonio. Thanks again for the cell kits and for the empenada recommendation. My arteries are already closing up in eager anticipation of those! 7/5 stars!

I purchased some solar panels today for my battery back up power. Just in case we get hit with a power outage. Blake helped me he was very professional and helpful in explaining to me how to use the parts to support panels on my driveway metal roof. I am very happy with my purchase. This is my go to store for anything Solar.

Got loaded in less than 15 minutes. Great employees as well

  • helpful staff 3

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions 24/7 availability, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

    Elsewhere

    • It is also reviewed on Yelp. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
    • It posts on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

    Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
