  Haven’t heard back from Cole with the solar department since I sent them the serial number on my sense panel that they failed to record the first time they were out here.

  Work went well at start of job. When they came back to finish they stopped short of finishing. That was 5.23.22. Today is 6.7.22. Will not return my calls. I have been hung up on. Sorry people for a expensive simple job. Don't hire these people. I would have given them no stars exempt they did a good job the first day at removal of panels.

  First let me say that I don’t hate GVEC. I actually love the consistency of their electricity and fiber internet service, but their solar program is terrible. I had to make no less that 4 inquiries to get someone to call me back to discuss going solar. When someone did finally get back to me I was informed that they do not have access to the Tesla PowerWall that advertise on their website, but that they would “discount” them by the tax credit difference between getting the on 2020 and 2021. There was no mention if they would discount the having to come back out and do the installation. I was t

  GVEC was very professional and worked all day in the Texas heat to complete the job and make sure everything worked before they left. Brandon is a very professional guy and very friendly!

  I hired GVEC to repair my solar panels because apparently other companies don’t want to work on repairs. I feel very lucky to have discovered GVEC and the fact they not only did the work, but were very professional and polite about it, with no hidden fees, they always charge a flat fee for them to go to your house and that is understandable. Aaron called me before arriving and explained the work to be performed and successfully handled the work. Thank you GVEC, and Aaron! Will do business again with 😁!
