Its one and two star share is 3 points above the typical installer in Texas. Across Texas, 311 of the 728 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 113 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

Your installation team was great however it is now been 12 days since it was installed and it is still not working. The team says it’s a permit issue but should that not be scheduled with the county before install since you know the instillation date?

The Solar Section of the company started off being pretty good UNTIL it is warranty time. It took numerous emails and text back and forth with GVEC to get a warranty item replaced. THEY just kept telling me it wasn't covered and wanted to charge me around $700 for them to solve the issue. I had to contact Better Business Bureau to help get it resolved. The supplier contacted GVEC again and told them the item is covered and should be replaced free of charge. This started in March 2024 and finally resolved Dec 2024. So think twice when using them. Make sure you have good numbers to get warranty

The crew showed up on time and walked me through what they were planning to do. They modified the original plan with a more efficient one. Very professional very polite.

Brandon and his partner did a great job hooking up our Tesla batteries! They were very knowledgeable and explained how the batteries and the app worked. Their customer service attitude was exemplary!

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Established

Years in business

Its website also mentions financing, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
