  Wesley and the install team were great however after the panels were installed they told me it would be 7 days until it would be operational because a county inspector has to come out to inspect it. It has now been 18 days. I called customer service today because no one has reached out to share an update. They told me it would be another 7-10 days. How disappointing that this solar system will be sitting on my roof for 30 days doing nothing. Not producing energy and not reducing my energy bill. It seems to me that someone has dropped the ball and they aren’t being transparent. Very disappointe

  I got text but he never met or called me. I was home all week. Did he actually come by?

  I tried multiple times to talk with someone via phone and in person. I received 1 phone call at an inconvenient time and no information other than a brochure which answered nothing more than a 5yr old could find online. As they are the only electric company in my area I have no choice but to use them, but for solar panels you may have more luck finding someone else.

  Middle of the ground. The field crew were awesome. Quick and informative. The back office needs to get more communication and forward. Takes a while to get any information and they go silent pretty much after you sign for the system. Pro-field crew does great. Con-lack of communication from staff-didn’t know about a $150 fee that stalled the process till I had to call. Didn’t know how long you have sit with an idle system till they do things. So pack patience as they need to figure themselves out.

  Kent and Corbin did a great job on my Tesla battery install, they were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. And when they left the work site it was left in immaculate condition, you would have never know they did a major wiring and battery installation, all the conduit was expertly bent and installed and it all looks symmetrical between the two batteries, my electrical panel, the electrical meter and the battery gateway.

  Evan was fantastic. Explained everything to me with clear concise explanations. Fixed quickly and without fuss.

  Very efficient and respectful. Always showed up on time and was very patient when explaining the system to me.
