Its one and two star share is level with the typical installer in Spring Valley. Across California, 788 of the 1,529 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 25 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

0% rated 1–2★15%

Each mark is one company we hold in Spring Valley whose Google breakdown has been read, placed by its share of one and two star reviews. Higher Power Solar is the red one. The amber line is the middle of that set, which includes suppliers and maintenance businesses as well as installers.

Higher Power Solar did a Great Job my Solar panels have done just what Cheyne said they would I’ve had a zero electric bill with the exception of Dukes $30 Grid fee that They’re charging everyone and the wire insurance and hot water tank insurance that I have. I would highly recommend Higher Power to anyone they are real straight honest people.

I rate Higher Power above and beyond a 5 star experience. From the initial appointment through installation. Cheyne offers impeccable customer service. Everything was true in his delivery, zero out of pocket costs, including HOA fees! Within 30 days I have a crew installing and finishing today. I’m anxious to start using my own power!💥I would highly recommend Cheyne and his company as I already have with my neighbors.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Warranty

“top of it. That means one crew, one warranty, and no finger-pointing between a…”

  • Licensed

“roof and the solar panels? Yes. One licensed team installs the roof and the solar…”

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It posts on Instagram, X and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • Google publishes no street address for this company, so we cannot say which town it is based in. Spring Valley is the area its listing was returned for, not an address we hold.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
