    John was a great help and always responded within 1 business day. He quickly sent techs out to resolve an issue with my equipment malfunction and even informed us that the issue was due to the equipment itself and coordinated the installation of a new battery.

    John is the man! I called him after having some trouble with my existing set up. He was very insightful and got us back on track in no time. If you want to save money, go green, and work with someone that actually cares about their customers, John is your guy!

    John continues to be there to answer questions and we got our system almost 2 years ago. At the time of installation they were there when they said they would be and got everything set up for us. When construction ran long, they came back promptly to actually activate the system once we had clearance from SDG&E. I really appreciated the work they did for us and their continued responsiveness, even to just answer questions.
