Sales rep completely lied to me. Told me I could cancel before panels were installed would be no big deal failed to mention the $1500 cancellation fee they are now coming at me for. I know I should have read the fine print but they throw everything in your fast so fast I'd stay far away from these people.

Be very aware and be very cautious with Infinity Solar. I purchased solar through them based on their, in their own words, 99% accurate solar assessment and what panels on my roof would produce. They installed my panels on May 24, 2024 …

Infinity Solar USA has been frustrating and knowingly deceptive. My solar panels have been installed since July but Infinity has yet to produce the correct plans required by the City Inspector. According to the City Inspector's office, …

First. I have existing Solar from Tesla. I have various electricity providers over the twelve years that I have had it. Over the years my electricity bill has increased even with solar. The Tesla panels that I have are old technology now but the cost of electricity or credits for what my panels provide has been an issue with these providers. Second.i became acquainted with Infinity Solar because I was looking for a new provider. I was also disappointed in Tesla' customer service and their lack of service capability. I needed to replace my roof and was told "6 months to have my panels taken of

I would like to recommend Infinity Solar for the great work they did to resolve the critters disrupting my solar system. They helped to come up with a great solution to my problem. The rep I worked with and the installers were very professional. I am please to say that all my panels are now working to the max.

The crew showed up early for the 8am install time and were finished ahead of schedule. By the afternoon I had the app set up and my panels were making power ⚡️ It’s been a great experience so far.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Financing

“your property value. Do you offer financing options for solar installation? Yes, Infinity…”

  • Insured

“Infinity Solar USA, we are certified, insured, and trained in the latest solar…”

  • Licensed

“by advanced technology and a team of licensed professionals. We understand that…”

Its website also mentions free estimate, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
  • It posts on TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
