    Sunfinity installed solar panels on our building with warranty and insurance. However once the money was paid no one picked up the phone and answered any calls. No answers were provided to any issues or concerns or any follow up done. Extremely poor customer service!

    After having a system be unreliable from the moment they installed it, they finally contracted with someone who knew what he was doing who fixed it. But that was after multiple ignored phone calls (no one EVER answers...EVER), multiple ignored emails, etc. Only a very expensive registered letter finally got their attention. I haven't gotten nearly the generation I was promised, the printed warranty was half the duration of the verbal one and they never responded to my request to refund the over $800 I had to spend to get local help after Sunfinity ignored every initial attempt I made to contac

    Installation from start to finish took only one day including hookup! Awesome workers; polite, cleaned up after the job, no mess, careful and safe. The wi-fi connection to monitor the system is so cool, you can see your production and consumption from the grid, graph the results, print reports, etc. You can even monitor the system from your smart phone. The whole process was simple, efficient; Sunfinity handled all the details including permits and inspections. The cost was extremely competitive, as I compared with 4 other companies. These guys really know their stuff, I highly recommend them.

    Sherif Abdelmonen, was very professional in his job. He was always available when I had questions, he would always respond. The crew who install the solar panels were very professional and answered any questions I had. Very well done

    Amazing experience. These guys took over a contract from a previous company and have provided top level customer service and advice. Alex is such a hard worker and has solved all of my issues both new and old that were never addressed by the previous company. Highly recommend!
