    Danny refuses to answer phone calls or messages. Had his company come out and work on my system. Paid him only to find out it wasn’t actually fixed. Have reached out a dozen times with no response.

    Can't say enough good things about Barry and his company. Got a solar system with back up batteries installed by them a couple months back. Barry and all of the employees were decent people who were a pleasure to interact and do business with. Not to mention they were the cheapest quote I got. The system so far is performing better than they told me it would. I wish this company the best going forward.

    Thompson and Son Energy were very professional and addressed all my questions through the installation process. One year after there was a big storm with tornado-like weather here in north Dallas. As a result, I had issues with one of the panels and with a single call Thompson and Son Energy took care of all the reparations with no cost due to their product guarantee. 3 years after, I started experiencing technical difficulties accessing the app that monitors the health of the panels and provides metrics due to lost credentials (I replaced my phone). Thompson and Son Energy quickly engaged and
