    Have never contacted this business or inquired about solar but their "roofing" division keeps calling even after being told I'm not interested.

    Horrible communication, starting with the estimator that was sent to my house was promised 0% for 24 months to find out that wasnt a true offering provided by the solar company. The estimator ended up paying the interest for the first 2 years to save the deal but that should have raised an immediate red flag. The work at my home was completed back in December of 2025 and they had to dig a ditch to run the new cable to my house. It went under pavers, steps, and river rock stones that I had placed, after it was inspected I contacted them multiple times before they finally sent out a couple of ki

    BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Signed June 2025. Roofs and solar installed. To this day solar is STILL NOT WORKING PROPERLY. TECH SAID NEEDS SOFTWARE REINSTALL. Mariah at Sewell headquarters is NOT returning my calls or emails for an appointment to get this fixed! NO ONE EVER calls back or replies to emails. Office RARELY answers the phone. WE ARE IGNORED CUSTOMERS. UNACCEPTABLE BUSINESS PRACTICE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

    Beyond happy with my experience here from start to finish, great commuinication not only from my rep but from Dylan and Josh in the office regarding my solar AND roofing project. Highly recommend to anyone looking to go solar, total transparency and amazing follow up!

    I highly recommend this company. The installation team was great and when I had a problem the communication process was really good and prompt. Will Sr. actually came out on Saturday morning to fix my issue and stayed in touch through out.
