Did an ok job on the install; now I have a dead panel or inverter, which should be covered under warranty, and I can't get a response from Richard. It's been about 2 months of me trying to resolve the issue with Kaitanna and Enphase. Not sure what happened; I picked this company because of their overwhelmingly positive reviews, but I can't say that's the case today. Would love to get a response and get my panel issue resolved.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars honestly. They left trash/debris all over my yard, worked some days until 10pm coming in and out of our house because they did not come during the promised time frame, left holes in our siding and did horrendous “patchwork” aka just cut random pieces of siding and shoved it in the hole instead of replacing the damaged panel of siding, and the list just goes on. The workers were nice people, but lack communication skills. Yes the company offers competitive pricing, but I would rather pay more for better quality work.

Very satisfied. After removing 8 of 26 solar panels to make room for a home addition, I contacted Kaitanna for re-installation of the panels and junction boxes. Rich was great to work with. Steve secured and re-wired everything over 2 days. There was a lingering problem that Rich and Steve researched and resolved for me. Above and beyond expectations.

I am totally pleased and satisfied! I worked with Rich, who was always available throughout the entire process, and the team did a great job every step of the way! So professional and attentive to detail! I highly recommend Kaitanna solar! Dr. William Hare

I needed my Tesla power walls removed and reinstalled since my siding was getting replaced. After contacting Tesla, it was clear that their service was out of my budget. Rich at Kaitanna solar really came through. They were prompt, communicative, and did a great job with the removal and reinstallation. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend them for any solar related job.

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

  • Family owned

“system. Kaitanna Solar is your local family-owned Solar Company that has been providing…”

Its website also mentions free estimate, established, insured and licensed, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

Elsewhere

  • It posts on LinkedIn, Facebook and X. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

Who Google shows alongside them

Google’s own “people also viewed” set, in Google’s order. It is Google’s comparison, not ours.

The ones without a link have no page here, either because Google does not categorise them as solar businesses or because we could not match the name to a listing with confidence.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
