    Batteries both less than 9 months old wouldn’t hold a load on our camping trailer. No refund or prorated toward new when I returned them to Costco. Was told they are having them returned on an increasingly frequent basis and will likely be dropped by Costco. Stick with NAPA. They still sell batteries that are outrageously dependable

    Ok so first of all, I have always gone to Interstate battery because they have always treated me with honesty, respect, as well as quick, and good service. I had gone in there because I had taken my car into the dealer for a service and they said that the battery didn't pass. A few days goes by and it starts to die out on me, which is why I went to Interstate. I pull up, walk in, and this guy is just staring at me so I just did the only thing on my mind and said, "I need a battery". He says ok and comes out and tests it and says it's bad, and also tells me it's under warranty, so I'm thinking

    They have provided my off grid solar batteries for years and are a complete pleasure to work with. More than that, they are battery experts! They know all about testing, charging, and several times have predicted potential problems and replacement. Most recently they didn’t have the replacement battery I preferred, so they (Ted), called around and found one at a competitor, he had them hold if for me until I could get there. AMAZING!!!! Really appreciate all their help.

    This place is AMAZING! TED went out of his way and went above and beyond with service and attention to detail. We were stranded during the busiest time of the year and he got us back on the road and answered all questions. Take the drive to this business for all of your battery needs, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Ted, you made a very rough day into a manageable day during the busy holiday season.
