Working with Isun Solar - Polly Team was one of the best decisions we’ve made. From the first consultation to the final installation, their professionalism and attention to detail stood out. Polly and her team were patient, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer every question we had — and believe me, we had a lot! They walked us through the entire process, explaining the system design, installation timeline, and even the financial benefits in a way that made us feel confident every step of the way. I had a great experience with Isun Solar, they delivered exactly what they said they would very quickly and professionally. They are very well organized and overall very caring. I highly recommend anyone who’s looking to get solar panels at their homes because you’ll save a lot on your electrical bill, as well as help the ecosystem. My family and I are very much appreciative of the help from Isun’s team.

Topics Google derives from the review text, with how often each appears. A frequent topic is not a good one: “price” turns up in praise and in complaints alike.

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions woman owned, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

• It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.

Ordered by how much we can tell you about each, which is not an order of quality. We do not know which of these is better and would not say if we did.

• —The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
• —We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
• —We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
