  I had a disappointing experience with this company and would urge others to do thorough research before signing a contract. While the salesperson, Bobby, was very friendly and personable, the information provided about rebates and credits was not explained accurately. The sales pitch — including handwritten estimates — made it seem like there would be significantly more savings than what actually materialized. In particular, a rebate of over $6,000 was presented as part of the deal to help close the sale, but it has since disappeared, and I am still waiting for a clear explanation as to why. T

  JC Solar is not a solar panel company, it is a sales agent for a solar panel company named, GreenBrilliance. For me, this relationship has led to numerous issues, starting from the day of installation when details about where equipment would be installed were not communicated to GreenBrilliance, inverters being wired backwards which lead to inaccurate system reports and continuing more than 1 year after my system "went live."   Don't waste your money. If you hire these guys to do an install you better plan to hire someone else to correct their work. Poorly trained workers. Rude owner. Will not back their product.

  My husband and I were extremely pleased with the knowledge and the presentation of Robert last night. Him and his son were amazing and we threw so many questions at both of them and they never hesitated to answer any of our concerns. They were very professional and amazing to deal with. In today's world, it is extremely hard to find someone you trust and feel safe doing business with - they were both such a pleasure . I am looking forward to a long relationship with your company and after myself being very hesitant to do solar, I am actually excited and looking forward to this.

  My personal experience with J.C. Solar was a positive, professional and informative experience. Starting with the introduction with a college student to meeting with Bobby and his son. Very genuine team and could answer all of my questions and concerns. Eric Strus took the time to contact me about emails and schedules. An excellent team to work with and trust. Thank you again to everyone.

  I never write reviews but had to on this company. They were everything they said they were. Their partner install company Greenbrilliance was amazing as well!! They told me they would hold my hand thru the process and they did. I’m not sure why anyone would go with a big company where they don’t care and you are just a number and can’t get a hold of a “human” when you have a problem. Hands down…a great experience! 10 stars!!!
