Its one and two star share is 41 points above the typical installer in Texas. Across Texas, 40 of the 728 installers whose breakdown Google has published carry a higher share than this one.

The percentages are Google’s own arithmetic over every review it holds, not a sample we assembled. Separately we hold 14 review texts for this company, quoted below. Google publishes review ages rather than dates, so every date here is approximate.

It’s been an hour, and I still haven't even been able to check in. I went into the office and asked, but all they say is "wait." I'm the only truck here, and I'm still waiting.

Expect to WAIT ALL DAY to have 6 pallets unloaded off your trailer. SO MUCH EQUIPMENT & FOLKS ON SITE BUT McCarthy is SLOW AS MOLASSES !! YEAH YEAH IT'S ALL IN THE NAME OF " SAFETY " 😉 or MILKING IT. 😒😤 …
  • 1★ · around October 2025

It's better to run out of charge than to go to this place, I don't recommend it at all.
  • 3★ · around September 2025

Even tho you have an appoinment they dont start untill 8am and then take all the trucks in and work one at a time
  • 5★ · around May 2026

Had an appt for 12 noon. Arrived at 0730 and there were two trucks ahead of me. we all got checked in and waited on escort truck to drive us approx 3 miles along dusty, dirt and gravel paths, decently maintained but could use some smoothing. Unloading is slow. They use a fork truck with a boom extension. No overnight parking. No restroom at unloading sites

What we don't know

  • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
  • We found nothing on a website for this company that states a warranty, a licence or how long it has traded.
  • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
  • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.
