I signed the contract in February. It's now August and the service is still not active. I emailed them about a bill I received and did not receive any kind of response. Finally tried calling them and just got a message that no agents were available and to leave a message. Do NOT do business with this company.

Predatory sales tactics targeting a vulnerable stroke survivor—stay away! This company used high-pressure sales tactics to lock my spouse—who suffers from post-stroke cognitive and executive-function decline—into a 25-year residential solar agreement without my knowledge or consent. As a co-homeowner, my legal signature is required for any contract or encumbrance on our property, meaning the contract was completely invalid from the start. When we caught it, their team verbally agreed the contract was invalid and accepted our written notice to cancel. But instead of doing the right thing, they

If i could give 0 stars i would. I have been without consistent power since Friday (it’s Sunday) with my pets and my wheelchair bound son. 0 urgency with customer service. Says someone will get back to you only to email with no eta fix. No …

Simon was very clear on explaining the details of the project and always kept in touch with updates of the progress. I’ve noticed once the solar panels were installed, my house felt much cooler prior to changing over to the system. Also it looks great.

I’m reading a lot of reviews about Solrite and people blaming them… Solrite is a program. The installer they worked with is usually the problem… unfortunate they have to take the bad review for an installation crews poor work. I myself have had a great experience with them… their was one time my system was underperforming and I had a second electric bill but they honored their word and Reimbursed me for paying extra on electricity because of it. Usually I’m negative on my electric bill so I don’t pay other than my small payment with Solrite… also I haven’t lost power. Definitely recommend cons

As someone who works in the solar industry, I have a much higher standard than the average homeowner. I chose to install Solrite on my own home because I know what separates a quality company from the rest, and they absolutely delivered. …

What the company says about itself

Taken from its own website. We have not checked any of it, and a sentence on a website is not evidence.

Its website also mentions warranty, but not in a sentence we can quote cleanly.

    Elsewhere

    • It is also reviewed on the Better Business Bureau. Worth reading before you sign anything: those are a different crowd, and the complaints that reach the Better Business Bureau rarely reach Google.
    • It posts on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. A page that stopped posting years ago tells you something a listing will not.

    What we don't know

    • The date above is the newest review we hold, which is not necessarily the newest that exists — we hold a large share of Google's reviews, not all of them.
    • We do not verify licences, insurance or bonding. Nothing here has been checked against a state licensing board.
    • We cannot tell you what an installation costs, and we hold nothing about the equipment they fit.

Something wrong here? Tell us and a person will read it.
