    It is in fact too good to be true. I was so excited to be lowering my electricity bill but now I have an even higher solar bill that credits don’t get applied to. The system works great and I do have a $0 electricity bill.. but the solar bill to get there every month is $80-$190 more than I was paying for electricity before. I have struggled so hard getting responses from anyone after getting everything installed. If I could go back I would.

    WARNING! Do not get scammed by these people. They lie about the loan amount , they lied about the monthly payment, lied about the lien on my home. The panels r not working and i cant get ahold of them. Do not get scammed. Go with a bigger more known provider, like sunrun of freedom. These guys lied about almost everything they told me.

    Great experience with this solar company from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process simple and stress-free. They answered all my questions and kept me informed every step of the way. Installation was smooth, and everything works perfectly. Highly recommend to anyone considering going solar!

    Kevin Zucker was my sales rep and I was hard on him at our first encounter. He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions without hesitation. I promised I would research all his info and call him out if it wasn’t true. The VPP info he explained was all over the internet and I realized he was legit. It happens fast, permit applications, sign this and that. They called and they were installing in no time. Hint : if you need a HOA approval jump on it cause they were done before ours was approved. The crew was great. The solar panel installation crew showed me how the panels were anchored and

    What stood out the most about Our World Energy was their customer service, they genuinely care about their customers and stand behind their work. If you’re considering going solar, I definitely recommend giving Our World Energy a call.
